2. 如何領取門票？ 觀眾/參加者可憑確認電郵內的訂票序號及電話號碼，於該節目(活動/演出)現場，領取該場次的門票/報到。
3. 成人可以單獨參加嗎？ 可以，歡迎幼教工作者及創作人欣賞演出，並於演出後與我們交流分享意見。單獨入場人士會被安排至旁觀席，可以更好地觀摩及感受整體節目編排。
4. 如何免費參與分享講座？ 成功訂購演出門票後，你將會收到一封確認電郵。觀眾可透過電郵內提供的連結，免費報名分享講座。（須事先登記，名額有限，先到先得）
5. 可以更改場次嗎？ 已購票之觀眾/參加者，如欲更改至同一節目內其他可購票之場次，可於活動舉行3天前，透過 電郵 d.artmacau@gmail.com 或 Whatsapp +853 68017273 進行申請，每筆訂單（按每個訂票序號計算）每次更改需支付 MOP 15 手續費，更改手續或需時3個工作天，終於是否成功更換將視乎該場次門票實際供應情況而定。
6. 可以退款嗎？ 除節目遭取消或主辦機構按有關條款執行外，門票訂購及付款手續完成後，恕不能取消、更改或退還。
7. 無法瀏覽購票頁面？ 內地用戶或無法直接瀏覽購票頁面，請 使用VPN進入購票平台，或電郵 d.artmacau@gmail.com 申請（客戶回覆需時，請耐心等候）。
Q&A
1. How to confirm the booking? Submit the form on the ticket booking page, and after the backend verifies the information, you will receive a confirmation email. (It takes about 2-5 days, please check the inbox/spam folder)
2. How to collect tickets? Audiences and participants can check in and collect tickets for the event on site with the booking number and phone number in the confirmation email.
3. Can adults attend alone? Yes, early childhood educators and creators are welcome to enjoy the performance and share their opinions with us after the performance. Individuals will be arranged to sit in the spectator seats, so they can better observe and experience the overall program arrangement.
4. Free access to the Sharings? After successfully ordering the performance ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. Audiences can register for the sharing lecture for free through the link provided in the email. (Pre-registration is required, and seats are limited)
5. Can the ticket be changed? Audience members and participants who have purchased tickets and wish to change to other available sessions of the same program can apply 3 days before the event via email d.artmacau@gmail.com or Whatsapp +853 68017273. Each order (calculated based on each booking number) will be charged a handling fee of MOP 15 for each change. The change process may take 3 working days. Whether the change is successful will depend on the ticket availability of that session.
6. Can I get a refund? Unless the program is cancelled or the organizer executes the relevant terms, the ticket order and payment procedures are completed and cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
7. Unable to browse the page? Mainland users may not be able to browse the ticket purchase page directly. Please use VPN to enter the ticket purchase platform, or email d.artmacau@gmail.com to apply (it will take time for the customer to reply, please wait patiently).
