【Instructions for purchasing tickets / Registration】
1. Unless otherwise specified, each ticket/registration is for one person only, and participants must meet the age restrictions set for the event.The organiser reserves the right to reject entry of people who is not admit to the age range.
2. Please arrive early for the event time to check in, or collect your ticket at the front desk (if applicable).
3. If seating is not assigned, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. The event venue management reserves the right to refuse entry to any latecomers and to determine the entry time and method for latecomers.
5. The event organizer reserves the right to add, remove, or change instructors, artists, event content, seating arrangements, itinerary, and capacity.
6. Those who purchase tickets/register are obligated to verify their booking information and payment amount. Except in cases of event cancellation or the organizer's enforcement of relevant terms and conditions, once the booking and payment procedures are completed, cancellation, changes, or refunds are not permitted for any reason (some events offer session change services, and related service fees may apply). 7. The event organizer reserves the right to request attendees to present identification documents/proof of payment upon check-in/admission for information verification purposes.
8. Depending on the event organizer and venue, some events may operate on a membership basis, and registered attendees will automatically become venue members.
9. If it is discovered that you have provided forged or false proof of payment, or any form of non-personal use intended for resale at a higher price (regardless of whether the price increase is for purchasing services, transportation, subsidies, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the right to cancel the registration (including seats) and the admission/participation rights of other members of the same order, and reserves the right to pursue further legal action.
10. Any administrative/exchange rate fees charged by the bank during the payment process must be borne by the ticket purchaser.
11. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
12. For indoor performance events, you can choose to collect tickets on-site, or apply through d.artmacau@gmail.com to get tickets in advance at the "Suction Art" office in Wendi Shi Lane (Monday to Thursday, appointment required).
