【簡介】

十二年間的澳門「非常規空間演出」，同一座城在不同的移動經驗中重構、錯置與再想像，生成無法共識的非常風景。

Over twelve years of “performances in unconventional spaces” in Macao, the same city is reconstituted, displaced, and reimagined through different mobile experiences, generating an unconventional landscape beyond consensus.

澳門的「非常規空間演出」始終與城市變遷緊密相連。早期作品多在廢墟、閒置空間中生成，帶著對風景消失與身份模糊的傷逝；不少場景在演出後迅速被拆除或改造，成為城市更新的註腳。城市空間在景點化與娛樂化的推動下快速更新，廢墟與閒置空間逐漸消失，取而代之的是高度規劃、視覺飽和的都市景觀。在這樣的環境中成長，不再從消逝的風景中尋找記憶，而是直面城市流動與感官衝擊。他們的取景方式、觀看城市的角度與創作動機到底呈現出怎樣的新型態？

聚焦 2013 至 2025 年十二年間的澳門「非常規空間演出」，這些演出呈現的不是城市的單一敘述，是一種在每個人心中持續移動、錯位的個體經驗，讓城市在不同觀眾的身體中被重新組裝、拆解與想像，是一座城市的非常風景。

In Macao, “performances in unconventional spaces” have always been closely intertwined with the city’s transformation. Early works often emerged amid ruins and disused spaces, carrying a sense of mourning for vanishing landscapes and blurred identities. Many of these sites were demolished or redeveloped soon after the performances ended, becoming footnotes to the city’s urban renewal. As urban spaces have rapidly been transformed into tourist attractions and entertainment venues, ruins and vacant sites have gradually disappeared, replaced by highly planned, visually saturated cityscapes. Taking shape in this environment, these performances no longer search for memories among disappearing landscapes. Instead, they confront the city’s constant flux and sensory intensity. What new forms have emerged from their choice of sites, their ways of viewing the city, and their creative motivations?

Focusing on “performances in unconventional spaces” in Macao over the 12-year period from 2013 to 2025, this exhibition pinpoints that these performances present no single narrative of the city. Rather, they reveal individual experiences that continually shift and become displaced within each of us, allowing the city to be reassembled, dismantled, and reimagined through the bodies of different viewers. Together, these experiences form an unconventional landscape of the city.

The Macao Theatre Culture Institute is committed to preserving the materials of local theatre events, and it attaches importance to the commonality and creativity of the materials.
